Each one blends slow Qi movement\, mindful breath\, and simple grounding techniques that help your energy flow with ease. \nThe meadow grasses\, the soft Welsh daylight\, and the open sky become part of the practice; a living landscape that supports balance\, calm\, and embodied presence. \nWhether you’re completely new or returning to your flow\, these sessions are designed to be welcoming\, gentle\, and deeply restorative. DESCRIPTION:Outdoor Qi Flow at Pant Farm in Llanellen\, nestled in Abergavenny’s quiet countryside\, holds a natural softness\, the kind that invites your breath to slow\, your shoulders to drop\, and your whole system to settle. \nQi Flow: There are many forms of qi‑based movement in the world\, but Qi Flow\, as I teach it\, grew from listening closely to what our bodies were truly asking for. I took traditional and modern sequences apart\, adapted\, reorganised\, and shaped them into something clearer\, gentler\, and more supportive for my group: a flow that keeps the therapeutic benefits while becoming deeply accessible. \nPant Farm: Set in the rolling greenery of Llanellen\, Pant Farm is a wonderful place to hold our sessions. Each one blends slow Qi movement\, mindful breath\, and simple grounding techniques that help your energy flow with ease. \nThe meadow grasses\, the soft Welsh daylight\, and the open sky become part of the practice; a living landscape that supports balance\, calm\, and embodied presence. \nWhether you’re completely new or returning to your flow\, these sessions are designed to be welcoming\, gentle\, and deeply restorative. You’ll move\, breathe\, and settle into a peaceful rhythm that stays with you long after you leave the field.\nNo experience required. Loose clothing and a botle of water advised. \n1 hour costs £11 per person and is limited to 10 spaces so individual tutoring can be given if needed. \nThere is also a covering if it is too hot or raining.
