As a Statutory Consultee Monmouthshire County Council asks the Town Council to comment on all applications received in Abergavenny.

Dismantle current garage next to the house due to safety concerns. Re-do all footings and new concrete pad laid. Rebuild garage using concrete blocks and red facing bricks to match the dwelling property, garage will have sloping roof, ranging from 4m in total height down to 3m.
