- To consider and approve the following planning application:
- DM/2020/01355 Dismantle current garage next to the house due to safety concerns. Re-do all footings and new concrete pad laid. Rebuild garage using concrete blocks and red facing bricks to match the dwelling property, garage will have sloping roof, ranging from 4m in total height down to 3m. A small utility room will be added towards the back of the garage at 18 Hillcrest Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6BL
