6. To receive a report on the Town Hall Clock and proposed maintenance and repairs.

7. Finance: Months 1, 2 and 3 to be received and approved.

8. To receive and note an update from the Town Clerk.

9. To discuss and decide upon a date for our Away Day to work on the new Strategy and Action Plan for this term.

10. To receive reports from Councillors attendance at external bodies which are relevant to this Committee.

11. Report from County Councillors on matters affecting Abergavenny relevant to this Committee.

12. To consider items for the next meeting on 14^th September 2022.
