3. The following applications were recommended for approval
DM/2018/01653 – LBC Alterations to rooflights, lanterns and flat roof at Asthal House, 11 Fosterville Crescent, NP7 5HG. The Town Council considered that the improvements would make a significant contribution to the Conservation Area
DM/2018/1582 Householder application for front porch at 16 Penyfal Road, NP7 5UB

4. Brecon Beacons National Park Authority LDP Review.
Councillors were made aware that the initial call for candidate sites has opened.
It was agreed that Cllr Konieczny will contact Dick Cole from Abergavenny Civic Society to request that he attends the next Planning Committee to update Councillors on sites that the Civic Society are putting forward.
