Minutes of the Planning Committee held on Wednesday 9 September 2015 in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Abergavenny after the Council Meeting.
Present: Cllr C Woodhouse (Deputy Mayor)
Cllrs Mrs S Woodhouse, Miss M Toombs, S Horrell, M Hickman, Mrs M Harris, Ms S Dodd, J Prosser, D Simcock and N Tatam.
Cllr R Harris was in attendance but declared an interest as a member of the County Planning Committee and took no part in the meeting.
In attendance: The Town Clerk
1. Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs P Jordan, D Edwards and Mrs M Powell.
2. Declarations of interest would be made as and when needed.
3. The following Applications were recommended for approval:
DC/2015/00929 two storey side extension at 4 Lansdown Rd, Abergavenny
DC/2015/00210 extend existing dwelling (61) to form a new residential dwelling (61A) all in a like for like manner. Extend in part existing bungalow (61) to form a kitchen at the rear at 61 Park Crescent, Abergavenny
There being no other business the meeting ended at 8:45pm
