1. Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs J L Prosser, Mrs M Harris, Mrs M Powell, D Edwards and R Harris. (Cllrs R Harris, D Edwards and Mrs M Powell are members of the County Planning Committee and would have declared interests if they had been present)
2. No declarations of interest were received.
3. The following applications were recommended for approval:
DC/2015/00863 Advertisement Consent for 2 sets of externally illuminated fascia text and 1 externally illuminated projecting sign at 43 Frogmore Street, Abergavenny.
DC/2015/00363 Planning permission for change of use of existing single residential unit into two residential units and reinstatement of window into existing opening at 21 Market Street, Abergavenny.
DC/2015/00803 Planning permission for design variation of planning permission DC/2014/00224 for change of use the partial A1 use at ground floor level to full A3 use at 43Frogmore Street, Abergavenny
DC/2015/00925 Non Material Amendment in relation to DC/2015/00240 to change from a hipped roof to a lean-to roof at 14Chestnut Drive, Abergavenny.
DC/2015/00729 Advertisement Consent for a metal sign on a stone plinth for units 4 and 5 , Castle Meadows Park, Abergavenny.
DC/2015/00388 New shopfront and frontage extension proposals to existing Butcher`s shop at 1 Flannel Street, Abergavenny. Recommend approval subject to the Conservation Officer`s approval.
