DC/2014/01372 Two Storey extension to existing building at 79 Park Crescent, Abergavenny

DC/2014/01237 Construction of 6 flats and associated works at rear of 83-87 Park Crescent, Abergavenny

DC/2014/01256 Installation of new scissor platform lift on the north west elevation of church to provide disabled access at Bethany Baptist Church, Market Street, Abergavenny

DC/2014/01254 Listed Building consent for the above. As per the Conservation Officer`s Views.

DC/2014/01326 Demolition of existing detached garage and proposed two storey extension to north elevation providing new single garage, utility and master bedroom over; new single storey extension to south elevation to provide sun room. 20 Coppergate, Penypound, Abergavenny (Cllr Jordan declared an interest in this application and took no part in the discussion)

DC/2014/00820 Placement of shipping container for storage of tools and equipment at Abergavenny Youth Centre, Old Hereford Rd, Abergavenny. It would be preferable if it were located further back on the land and screened effectively.
