3. To receive and approve the�minutes of the last meeting held on 13^th�January 2021

4. To receive and note the�Town Clerk�s Update

5. 5. To receive and approve the financial reports for Month 10

6. To approve the Chairs of Policy & Resources Committee and Environment Committee liaise with MCC regarding the drafting of the partnering agreement for the Town Crew

7. To nominate a Tackling Poverty Champion to attend (and report back) the MCC Tackling Poverty & Inequality Network meetings and other similar networks
8. To decide if the Town Council should self-nominate to support the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze award

9.�To consider the request from MHA (via MCC) to commit to empty two new dog bins by their properties on Old Hereford Road and Ysgurbowen.

10. To discuss Town Council�s involvement in the marking of the Queen�s Platinum Jubilee in 2022. (NB: Steam Rally 2022 planned for Friday & Saturday, Rotary have offered that facilities could be left in Bailey Park for Sunday if celebration activities taking place)

11. To consider and approve the following planning applications:

• DM/2020/01576 – Erection of a garden shed – with power (fed from the property) – but without water services at Dan Y Parc, 45 Stanhope Street, Abergavenny, NP7 7DH

• DM/2020/01842 – Change of Use to D2 at Unit 12 Station Enterprise Park, Abergavenny, NP7 5HY

• DM/2021/00077 – 6x Fascia signs and 7x graphic signs at�Tesco Stores Ltd, 26-27 Frogmore Street, Abergavenny, NP7 5AH
