| 5. 2019/20 Events Budget � Abergavenny Youth Eisteddfod – Agreed that projected 2019/20 budget is �1700 Summer Events – Agreed that projected 2019/20 budget is �1500 It was discussed that the Summer Events could be extended, e.g. over a period of six months. Christmas Switch on Event � All cost of Christmas lights to be included in Projects. WWI � N/A Votes for Women � N/A Other Events � To have a contingency budget of �1500 � M.H. proposed that these three events, Cycling Festival, Jazz Festival and the Food Festival are taken from the Grant budget and put into the Event budget, D.S. seconded this. � Those present suggest that the total amount to be built int the Event budget is to be determined by the Finance Committee. | |
