The Last Post Community Play Auditions start Sat 8th September and a number of actors from the original cast are interested in being involved again. 5. 2019/20 Events Budget  
Abergavenny Youth Eisteddfod – Agreed that projected 2019/20 budget is £1700 Summer Events – Agreed that projected 2019/20 budget is £1500 It was discussed that the Summer Events could be extended, e.g. over a period of six months. Christmas Switch on Event – All cost of Christmas lights to be included in Projects. WWI – N/A Votes for Women – N/A Other Events – To have a contingency budget of £1500  

M.H. proposed that these three events, Cycling Festival, Jazz Festival and the Food Festival are taken from the Grant budget and put into the Event budget, D.S. seconded this.  

Those present suggest that the total amount to be built int the Event budget is to be determined by the Finance Committee.
