FC03/26. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 19th November 2025.

FC04/26: To ratify and approve the 2026/27 Budget.

FC05/26: To receive a report on proposals for use of Flood Relief Funding.

FC07/26: To amend Councillor Representation on People and Communities Committee.

FC08/26: To receive an update on the phone box project for Chapel Road.

FC09/26: To receive a report on Yr5 School visits by the Mayor and Town Council Officers.

FC10/26: To approve and ratify the cluster agreement with Blaenavon Town Council.

FC11/26: To receive reports from Councillors attendance at external bodies which are relevant to Full Council:

FC12/26:  To receive reports from County Councillors on matters affecting Abergavenny relevant to Full Council.

FC13/26: To consider items for Full Council on 11th March 2026.
