2. Declarations of Interest
Cllr R Harris is a member of MCC Planning Committee. He took no part in the decision making and voting on these items and acted, where required, in a factual advisory capacity.
3. The following applications were�recommended for approval
DM/2018/01391 � Demolish rear substandard extensions, rebuild to form dining area, wc and garden room. Construct detached car port and store at 36 Monmouth Road. The Town Council recommends approval.
DM/2018/01563 � Construct a conservatory at 43 Maes y Llarwydd, Abergavenny. The Town Council recommends approval
DM/2018/01501 � Proposed loft conversion with Velux roof windows, proposed modifications and extension of existing single storey rear extensions to be replaced by single storey side extension with flat roof and second storey rear extension at 94 Park Street. The Town Council recommends approval.
4. Any other business
LDP training � at the initial meeting of the Steering Group set up to oversee the LDP training project, the project timetable was discussed and the training will be delivered in January and February 2019. More details will follow.
