DM/2019/00724 Householder application for the installation of a timber clad garden room in the garden of 7 Gobannium Way, NP7 9JA
DM/2019/00649 Householder application for two storey extension at 14 Chestnut Drive, NP7 5JZ
DM/2019/00705 Householder application for side extension and first floor extension at 2 Delafield Road, NP7 7AW
DM/2019/00693 Householder application for extension to existing kitchen at 10 Lansdown Road, NP7 6AN
The Town Council offers a comment regarding the following application:
DM/2019/00794 Conservation Area Consent for the removal of a dangerous stone wall at 38 Princes Street, NP7 5BL � The Town Council questions why Conservation Area Consent is being sought when the majority of the wall has been removed and whether this wall was indeed a dangerous structure.
Grofield Ward Town Councillors will investigate further and report back to the next Planning meeting.
