Minutes of the Planning Committee of the Council held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, following the Full
Council meeting in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Abergavenny.

In attendance: The Town Clerk
1. Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs. D. Simcock and P. Jordan.
2. Declarations of interest were made by Cllr R Harris as a member of the County Planning Committee and he took no part in the decisions of the meeting.
3. The following planning applications were recommended for approval:
��DC/2016/00701:�Planning Permission:� Erection of a free standing car port. 109 Chapel Road,���Abergavenny. NP7 7BL
DC/2016/00682: Planning Permission. Demolition of existing conservatory and construction of new garden room. 78 Chapel Road, Abergavenny, NP7 7BL.
DC/2016/00496 and DC/2016/0494:�Change of use of hotel with C1 use to A1, A2 and A3 use of the ground floor with B1 use to the first and second floors. The Swan Hotel, Cross Street, Abergavenny, NP7 5ER.��Councillors commented that it would be good to ensure the exterior render and appearance is returned to its original appearance.
There being no other business, the meeting ended at 9.pm.
