DM/2019/00124 Remodelling of existing dwelling, demolition of existing uPVC conservatory and construction of a new single storey orangery and extension to first floor over existing garage to form a new bedroom and ensuite at Redlands, 67 Monmouth Road, NP7 5HR
DM/2019/00209 Erection of a canopy above patio doors at 14 Wedgewood Gardens, NP7 7AF

4. Action Arising from the recent PAW Planning Policy Training
A further summary event is taking place on Saturday 16th March. Following this event, it was agreed that the Town Council should decide how to engage with MCC and the community on planning policies in the new LDP.
