1. Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs R Harris, Mrs T Davies, and Ms S Dodd.
2. There were no declarations of interest.
3. The following application was recommended for approval:
DC/2017/00429 Planning permission for eco-refurbishment with localised wall insulation with timber cladding and replacement of single storey conservatory with two storey sun space at 75, The Paddock, Pen y Pound, Abergavenny.��
