DC/2015/01334 Planning permission for single storey extension to existing dwelling at 81 Chapel Rd, Abergavenny

DC/2015/01248 Planning permission for erection of conservatory at 38 Avenue Rd, Abergavenny

DC/2015/01276 Planning permission for proposed extension to dwelling and detached garage at 7 Albany Rd, Abergavenny

DC/2015/01397 Planning permission for change of use from A1 (Shops) to A2 (Financial and professional services) at Westgate House, 2 Union Rd East, Abergavenny

DC/2015/01377 Planning permission for single storey extension at Elmhurst, 26 Hatherleigh Rd,

DC/2014/01016 Listed Building Consent for conversion of Mulberry House to provide 19 apartments, conversion of chapel to 3 bed house and erection of 6 houses and one flat on land to the rear of Mulberry Court, including 34 car parking spaces and associated landscape works at Mulberry House, Pen y Pound, Abergavenny

DC/2015/01487 Planning Permission for side and rear extension for ageing parent at 5 Old Barn Way, Abergavenny.

4. It was noted that the application for engineering works on an existing watercourse at Dummar Farm, Pentre Lane, Abergavenny had been withdrawn.
