| To consider the following draft policies Cllr Groucutt had edited a number of the polices that had previously been considered by this Committee. The following policies and minor amendments agreed. Communication Policy ACTION: JL to make agreed amendments to the Communication Policy in advance of Council on 9th January Social Media Policy Need to remove all references to “you” ACTION: JL to make agreed amendments to the Social Media Policy in advance of Council on 9th January Investment Policy ACTION: JL to make agreed amendments to the Investment Policy in advance of Council on 9th January Complaints Procedure Insertion of taking advice from MCC Monitoring Officer and insertion of independent person on Complaints Panel ACTION: JL to make agreed amendments to the Complaints Procedure in advance of Council on 9th January Member-Officer Protocol ACTION: JL to make agreed amendments to the Member-Officer Protocol in advance of Council on 9th January Anti-bullying and Harassment Policy Agreed to remove paragraphs relating to a grievance procedure from this policy and transfer into a Grievance Procedure.
