3. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 11^th December 2019

4. To receive the Town Clerk’s Update (written report)

5. To receive and if appropriate approve the recommendation from the People & Communities Committee that Abergavenny formally twins with Domboshawa in Zimbabwe

6. To receive and approve the budget and precept for 2020/21

7. To receive and approve the format of the Annual Community Dinner

8. To nominate a Councillor to represent the Town Council (or to deputise) on the following external bodies:

• ADTA – Cllr D Simcock previously the deputy so a new deputy is required
• Y Fenni Business Community – Deputy is Cllr F Morgan
• A4B – Cllr Konieczny attends, deputy required
• Ostringen Twinning Association – lead and deputy required
• Promobility Group – this is new request. The group mainly focuses on access issues around the town and meet on the 4^th Thursday each month, 2pm in Trinity Hall.
• Abergavenny Fairtrade – requires a second representative
