Qi Flow – Evening Class

A gentle movement meditation practiced inspired and based in Qi Gong. No prior experience or equipment needed, just loose clothing or yoga gear and a bottle of water.

These gentle movements blend slow, flowing Qi Gong practice with steady, intentional breath to help the body unwind and the mind settle.

Each sequence is designed to open the joints, soften tension, and encourage your energy to circulate more freely, creating a sense of spaciousness from the inside out.

As you move, the breath guides the rhythm: expanding on the inhale, releasing on the exhale, so the whole practice becomes a quiet conversation between your body, your breath, and your inner landscape.

It’s accessible, grounding, and beautifully regulating, making it a supportive way to begin the day or reset the nervous system at any point.
