Abergavenny Baker Cookery School – Hygge

In this class you’ll experience the Scandi concept of hygge – meeting up for coffee, cake and conversation. You’ll bake traditional kanelbullar (cinnamon buns) and vaniljbular (crème patissiere), a stunning but deceptively simple Swedish coffee ring and No-Knead seeded rye rolls for a smorrebrod style lunch.
