You are hereby summoned to attend Full Council on Wednesday 17th January 2024 directly after Policy and Resources Committee at 7pm on MS Teams, and in person in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny. A meeting invitation will be shared for remote access in due course.

FC01/24. To receive and approve apologies for absence.

FC02/24. To receive declarations of interest for items on the agenda.

FC03/24. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 8th November 2023.

FC04/24: To receive a report to ratify and approve the budget proposals for 2024/25.

FC05/24: To receive and approve the Annual Report for 22/23 for circulation.

FC06/24: To receive and approve proposed AGM and Meeting Dates for 2024/2025.

FC07/24:  To receive and note the Winter newsletter from King Henry VIII 3-19 School.

FC08/24. To receive reports from Councillors attendance at external bodies which are relevant to Full Council:

FC09/24.  To receive reports from County Councillors on matters affecting Abergavenny relevant to Full Council.

FC10/24: To consider the following planning applications:

DM/2024/00002 Side extension to create through floor lift and ensuite.16 Knoll Road, Abergavenny, NP7 7AN. 

FC11/24. To consider items for the agenda of the next Full Council Meeting to be held on 13th March 2024.
