DM/2022/00118 Propose to convert the flat roof above the top floor apartment to a roof terrace garden. This would involve installing an access hatch rooflight in the north corner of the roof and an

internal staircase to provide access from the apartment’s hallway. A period metal railing matching the building’s front gate and ironwork would be fitted around the perimeter of the flat roof. Shrub and wildflower planting in keeping with the building’s existing garden would be added around the inside
