DM/2024/00640  Fast Track Householder: Proposed rear single storey extension to replace existing white U-PVC conservatory.  45 Delafield Road, Abergavenny,  NP7 7AW.  https://planningonline.monmouthshire.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=SDJ8UVKYM7100

DM/2024/00631 Removal of existing conservatory. Proposed new flat roof, Georgian style conservatory of same footprint and in place of existing.

Ty Llwyd, 4 Pen Y Pound, Abergavenny, NP7 5UD.  https://planningonline.monmouthshire.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=SDHE0BKYM6900

DM/2024/00605  Fast Track Householder: We currently have a gas-fired combination boiler and we are hoping to move to an air-source heating system due to the environmental benefits. The best location for the external component of this work is on the west elevation in the proposed location. This is a great location because it won’t be visible on the two main facades of the house. However, it is within 3 meters of a boundary and we have therefore been informed we should seek planning permission.  The work itself is not significant or disruptive and will be obscured entirely from the neighbour’s visibility from an already existing fence.  Hatherleigh Lodge, 66 Brecon Road, Abergavenny, NP7 7RB. https://planningonline.monmouthshire.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=SD7KAHKYM3T00
