You are hereby summoned to attend Full Council on Wednesday 13^th November 2024, alongside Policy and Resources Committee, at 7pm on MS Teams, and in person in the Community Room, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny. A meeting invitation will be shared for remote access in due course.

FC41/24. To receive and approve apologies for absence.

FC43/24. To receive and approve the minutes of the last meeting held on 11^th September 2024.

FC44/24: To receive latest report from Gwent Police Neighbourhood Team.

FC45/24: To consider a response to the Monmouthshire County Council Replacement Local Development Plan.

FC46/24: To receive a request to nominate a new representative for the Board of Governors at Our Lady and St Michaels Primary School.

FC47/24: To receive and approve the meeting dates for 2025/26.

FC48/24: To ratify the approval of a pay uplift for Town Council staff.

FC49/24: To consider a proposal for recruiting two youth representatives to join the Full Council/Policy and Resources Committee.

FC50/24: To receive a report from Cllr Wright regarding 26^th December 2024.

FC51/24. To receive reports from Councillors attendance at external bodies which are relevant to Full Council:
